"Second time this company"

Second time this company will put my account under review, I forwarded all the info and also shared in an E-Mail all the information I have plus offered any support necessary to clear me. Well they are just ghosting me and shut down my withdrawal from one day to another. They are saying they cannot tell me anything because of their secret process... how can I comply to a process that is secret? This is obviously a scam I had to file a verdict through jayen - consulting + com legal firm and I got my refund smoothly…!!
